Most recently, she managed operations for Green Dot Public Schools, a leading charter management organization operating high-performing schools across California, Tennessee, and Washington, and previously worked in the Education and Nonprofit Banking division at Wells Fargo. She also founded and led the Young Professionals Advisory Board at the LA Music and Art School during its inaugural term, and volunteered extensively with Minds Matter of LA as a mentor and grant writer. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the Yale School of Management and received her BS from University of Southern California.

Elise is an HR professional. She has worked in consulting and corporate roles finding people solutions for businesses across Engineering, Manufacturing. FMCG, Retail and Technology. Elise is absolutely passionate about HR - particularly helping bridge the gap between school/university and kicking-off a successful career.
Elise most recently co-founded and ran a business supporting start-ups and SME’s in Australia. At the same time she consulted to large, high growth businesses on organizational development, recruitment, leadership and compliance. She has also been published in HR thought leadership.
Elise hold a Bachelor of Economics and Social Science with a double major in Economics and HR and a minor in Psychology from the University of Sydney. Johnny is an Interaction Designer at Idean, an UX design agency. He has always been interested in combining his love for design and penchant for engineering to build compelling products. His career started at an IDEO internship and has included stints in Singapore, Japan and, for 10 years, Motorola where he led various Android software teams. Johnny has a BS, Mechanical Engineering, minor in Computer Science and a MS, Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Alicia is food, product and lifestyle photographer based in Los Angeles. Her clients include Crafted Hospitality, Jackson's Honest, Blue Bottle, Thrive Market and Wolfgang Puck. She worked over 7 years in film and TV production and is a member Directors Guild of America as a 2nd Assistant Director. She has worked on scripted television such as The Office, Castle and 90210 and also feature films such as Oliver Stone’s Savages. Alicia graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance.

RG Conlee is currently the President and CEO of InSoft, LLC which provides innovative software solutions with a focus on robotic process automation. Prior to Insoft, Conlee had an 18 year career in various levels of corporate technology management culminating as SVP, Chief Innovation Officer for Xerox Business Services (now Conduent) from 2011 to 2017 where he transformed Xerox Services traditional BPO environment into a world class leader in BPO innovation and created a global capability for automation and analytics which developed and implemented high scale intelligent automation systems using Robotic Process Automation.
Before his IT career, Conlee was a career educator with twenty years of experience as both a teacher (public and private) and administrator which included teaching assignments in both the arts (music education) and technical fields (math/science). He also was the founder of a non-profit, private, K-12 school in the Mid-West and former owner of a small computer software firm.
RG is a graduate of University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, 1978. In his leisure time, RG enjoys music, martial arts and working at his church. RG and his family reside in Lexington, KY.
Allie Eppers has private and public high school experience as a school counselor and is currently employed at Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego . She spends her days working directly with 9th-12th graders helping them navigate through life, as seen through the eyes of a high school student.
Allie has worked extensively with an East San Jose middle school to successfully plan and execute their first Career Day. She also helped design and create a Wellness Program, including a Sophomore curriculum, at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory. Currently at Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, she provides social/emotional and college counseling to her students. She is also also an avid track coach. Allie believes firmly in the importance of encouraging a growth mindset and motivating her students to be the best they can be across all aspects of their lives.

Teri Geske is currently a senior member of the Applied Research team at Wilshire Associates, where she produces original research on investment and risk topics, and does model review and validation. She also assists the product and data management teams that develop the firm’s analytics platforms, covering multi-asset class attribution, risk management and performance measurement. Ms. Geske spent five years as an adjunct professor and Executive-in-Residence with the UCLA Anderson Master of Financial Engineering Program, where she managed the master’s thesis aspect of the curriculum and delivered weekly lectures on developments in financial markets to the MFE students. She was also an adjunct professor for the Mount St. Mary’s MBA Program for five years, where she taught Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Wilshire, Ms. Geske spent 16 years with Interactive Data’s Fixed Income Analytics division (previously known as CMS BondEdge). During her tenure there, she managed business development, product management and quality assurance for the firm’s fixed income analytics software platform. Jo is Reporter/Anchor/Fill-in Host for KFI AM 640 since February of 2012. She also is the station's first multi-media journalist producing videos stories for the station's website. She started her career as the Morning Anchor and Reporter at KVTA Newstalk 1520 in Ventura. Then she went online to become the VJ/Host and Supervising Producer of 20th Century Fox's "Atomic News", a daily online news show aimed at 17-24 year olds. The next stop was KNX 1070 Newsradio. After about a month as a News Assistant, she was promoted to Producer of Money 101 and special features.
She won two Golden Mikes for her work with KNX. But her true passion is on-air work. Thanks to a few mentors who truly believed in her talents, she was hired to be the General Assignment Reporter at KABC 790 in March of 2009. She has won two Golden Mikes for her stories at KABC Radio. When she's not reporting, you can often find her surfing in the Pacific and beyond or running miles along the coast.

He has over 16 years of leadership experience within the internet industry and is currently the Director, Product Operations managing product launch readiness and knowledge management at OpenX. Prior to joining OpenX, he served as a Senior Director, Operations for Local Corporation, as a Senior Director, Operations for WebVisible Inc., as a Senior Manager, Partner Account Management for Yahoo! Inc. and as a Management Consultant for IBM Corporation. Dirk is a Commercial Sales Manager for TEQlease Capital, a company specializing in financing and leasing for commercial and educational institutions in the United States. He received industry certification by becoming a CLFP (Certified Lease Financing Professional) and continues to serve small and medium sized businesses across the nation with their asset acquisition and capital needs. His emphasis on capital procurement stems back to his days facilitating angel investing for start-up and early stage tech companies in Silicon Beach. He spent a year doing this with a Westlake-based firm called Maverick Angels.
A southern California native, Dirk also graduated from California Lutheran University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and emphasis in international business/finance. In his spare time, Dirk likes to play soccer, golf and enjoys travelling.
Mike currently works in corporate strategy for a group of CPG brands based in Santa Monica. Prior to working in corporate strategy he worked in corporate restructuring and has experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, agriculture, consumer packaged goods, entertainment, distribution and quick service restaurants. Mike holds a B.S. in International Management from the University of Connecticut and has a certificate in advanced project management through Stanford's continuing education program. Originally from the east coast he has spent the last five years enjoying the southern California weather and spends his free time at the beach or in the mountains.
Ricardo is a bilingual spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. He finds it to be an exciting career, informing the press and the public about cases of local, national and sometimes international interest. All this while also helping advice on how to respond to situations and stories that could affect the office.
Before being with the county, Ricardo was a radio news reporter for 15 years and spent a year producing news televisions segments for CBS 2 and working for KCRW's news and music programs.
Adam Schaffer is a media executive with 25 years’ experience in the digital, event and publishing industries. In 2009 he founded Media Revenue Partners and clients have included AARP, Tarsus Media Holdings (UK) and Peter Greenberg Worldwide. Prior to this he held senior-level positions at Reed Business information, 1105 Media, Inc., Worth Interactive, and the Daily Journal Corporation, overseeing portfolios consisting of magazines, directories, syndicated research, paid newsletters and digital products as well as global tradeshow operations for expos in Las Vegas; Shanghai, China; and Mumbai, India. Adam has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, the Washington Post, Fox News Channel and CNN.com about issues and trends in business-to-business media, publishing and trade shows.
Currently, Adam is also on the Board of Directors of Recipe for Hope, a Los Angeles non-profit focused on supporting victims of domestic violence which was started by two LAPD officers. Adam has also served on the Board of Advisors of the UCLA Lab School, and was a founder of the Men’s Leadership Council of the Rape Foundation supporting the Rape Treatment Center at UCLA-Santa Monica Hospital. He holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Management from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, also from USC. A native Angelino, Adam lives in Sherman Oaks with his family.
