Gladeo provides valuable exposure to 21st-century careers that students in rural and low-income communities may not otherwise have the opportunity to access. 

Gladeo’s curriculum offers students a larger view of the world and available careers, expanding their horizons outside of school in rural settings where there are not always resources or opportunities to do so. Students have access to stories of diverse professionals and the varied paths they took to build their careers.  

Title V funds can be used for parent involvement activities. Gladeo encourages and supports family engagement by providing home access to courses and fostering collaborative career discussions and explorations between students and their families.
